Ad-hoc support is available at €35/ hour, subject to availability.
Retainer Terms. - Retainer hours are reserved exclusively for you each month and are non-refundable. - Sessions and hours can be rescheduled freely within the same calendar month, subject to availability. You’re welcome to move sessions between days or weeks, as long as the hours are used within that month. - Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are counted as used. - Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. Planned time away - If you’ll be away for a large part of the month, we can agree a reduced level of support for that month when planned ahead. This keeps retainers fair and flexible for both of us.
