Discover my time-blocking technique to maximise your productivity and keep ADHD from slowing you down!
Time blocking involves allocating set periods for various tasks, projects, and activities throughout your day.
By creating a structured schedule and focusing on one task at a time, you can maximise your productivity and effectively manage your time.
This technique is particularly beneficial for individuals with ADHD, as it provides a clear roadmap for the day and minimises distractions.
The Pomodoro method could be very useful – 25 min bursts of solid concentration before taking a little 5min break to relax, stretch, or move around as you wish. After 4 hours, a longer break of 30 minutes should be taken to eat, use the bathroom, go for a walk etc.
There are many Pomodoro apps available for free download.
