All About Me
I began my working career in the hospitality industry back in the year 2000, an industry I loved due to its focus on customer service and client satisfaction. Following various roles within this field as a restaurant manager and later, a bar owner, I decided to study travel and tourism. In 2014, I set up a small holiday rentals business in Southern Spain where I became a super host for four years.
I have been working in the online world as a virtual assistant for the last nine years, with my speciality being customer excellence. Helping others is what lights me up. I am skilled in the areas of executive assistance and general admin; word, office, excel, google docs, asana, streak, crm's, lead gedata research/data entry, article/blog writing for SM, content creation, copy typing and transcription.
I also have some experience in website building and online course creation.
I speak English and Spanish.
In 2019 I qualified as a Transitional Life and Confidence Coach.
In February 2020, I became a #1 Best Selling Author on Amazon as part of a book collaboration I was involved in with 20 other female entrepreneurs. The book is called Monetise your message.
I love what I do and how it affords me to live a location independent lifestyle. I am based in Spain currently, but I work with clients worldwide, namely coaches and consultants in the UK and the United States.

My number one skill is communication. I am a problem solver and enjoy a challenge, so if there is ever anything that I cannot do, I will either learn the skills required or find someone who can!
