Meet Justine

Justine Kelleher is a compassionate and highly qualified Sleep Therapist who has been helping people improve their sleep for over 18 years. With a background as a Registered Nurse and a deep passion for sleep health, she supports both adults and families in finding lasting, natural sleep solutions.

She holds an International Master’s in Sleep Medicine, is an Accredited Advanced Paediatric Sleep Practitioner, and is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Justine also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, bringing a thoughtful and holistic approach to every client she works with.

Whether you’re an exhausted parent or an adult struggling with sleepless nights, Justine blends medical knowledge, therapeutic insight, and genuine care to create personalised sleep plans that work.

 

She’s a proud member of leading sleep organisations, and continually updates her practice through ongoing training and research.
